This section of the Charter will provide a technical guide to each of the Precepts, including practical aspects of implementation, choices faced in implementation and discussion of best practice. The papers draw on the current thinking from academics, policy-makers and practitioners.
The technical papers are currently being drafted by the Charter's lead authors. As part of the collaborative nature of the Charter, these drafts will be posted online in the coming weeks for discussion, comments and feedback.
